MINDFUL EATING

Mindful eating is all about consuming the best possible healthy and organic fresh produce available. At Walk Don’t Run it means our fresh ingredients are 100% organic, locally sourced and immaculately prepared.

We are focused on incorporating superfoods into every dish, while not compromising on flavour.

We are conveniently located next to Armadale Station, Kings Arcade and High Street, and we have both indoor and outdoor seating (and arguably the best coffee in Melbourne!).

We cater to vegans, celiacs, omnivores and anyone who loves slow-cooked, delicious, organic food.
